Therapists need places where they can be vulnerable, too.

ATTUNED
CLINICAL
SERVICES

Relational, process-oriented support for therapists
Honest Feedback. Genuine Connection.
Who We Are
Attuned Clinical Services is built around the idea that therapists need places where they can be vulnerable, too.
We spend so much time and energy holding space for others and often don’t have opportunities to show up as our uncensored selves, as people with problems.
This is a place to explore your own experiences honestly and in relationship with others who understand the realities of this work.

Therapy Group for Therapists
Interpersonal Process Group for Therapists
This is a virtual, interpersonal process therapy group for mental health therapists in the style of Irvin Yalom.
The focus of this group is on your real-time relational experiences: how you show up with others, patterns in your relationships, and what unfolds between group members in the moment. The emphasis is on you as a person, not just as a therapist.
This is not a consultation or supervision group.

About Kaitlyn
Founder, Attuned Clinical Services
I'm a licensed independent clinical social worker practicing virtually in IA, IL, MN, MO, and PA, with plans to become licensed in additional states in the future. I've been practicing for 14 years.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The College of New Jersey in 2009 and a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012. I also attended a post-graduate certificate program in group psychotherapy through Bryn Mawr College in 2012.
I started my social work career in residential co-occurring substance use treatment, where group therapy was our bread and butter. Over the years, I have facilitated hundreds of groups for hundreds of clients and learned to manage high intensity groups with high-acuity clients.
What I've rarely been able to do in the residential treatment environment, however, is run a true process group. I believe in the power of a process group, and I'm excited to offer this experience to other therapists.
Kaitlyn's
Facilitation Style
As the facilitator, my role is to serve as a guide to the process. I will role model self-disclosure and relational feedback grounded in the here-and-now. I may point out when there's a feeling in the air we aren't naming or a subject in the room we aren't addressing.
I will be fully engaged and participatory while also creating room for everyone to contribute. I will hold the frame while group members become comfortable giving each other genuine, real-time feedback.
